Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Bharix Labs handles information in Tamil Quest Puzzle.

2. Local gameplay information
The game stores gameplay information locally on the device, which may include:
- Level progress, stars, coins, rewards, booster balances and collection unlocks.
- Game settings such as sound, music, vibration and accessibility preferences.
- Technical state needed to restore the local game session.
Core offline gameplay information is not intentionally transmitted to Bharix Labs by the local save system unless an online feature clearly states otherwise.
3. Information you provide
When you contact support, Bharix Labs receives the information you choose to send, such as your email address, device model, app version, screenshots, recordings and a description of the issue. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, one-time passwords or other highly sensitive information.
4. Advertising, analytics and consent
The current Android release uses Google AdMob / the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads at appropriate post-level transition points. Banner ads are not enabled in the current release.
Google Mobile Ads automatically collects and shares certain information for advertising or marketing, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance purposes. This may include:
- Approximate location: the device IP address may be used to estimate general location. Tamil Quest Puzzle does not request precise-location permission for advertising.
- App interactions: information such as app launches, taps, ad interactions and video views.
- Diagnostics: information about app or SDK performance, such as launch time, hangs and related diagnostic signals.
- Device or other IDs: identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID, App Set ID and other applicable device/account identifiers where permitted.
Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS). Advertising identifiers may be limited, reset or deleted through applicable Android controls, and collection may also depend on app configuration, consent status, age treatment and regional requirements.
Where required, Tamil Quest Puzzle uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) or equivalent Google consent controls before eligible ad requests are made. A privacy-options entry point is provided where required by the applicable consent framework.
Ad availability is not guaranteed. Core gameplay is designed to remain usable without receiving a particular ad.
5. Age-related advertising treatment
The current Google Play target audience for Tamil Quest Puzzle is ages 13–15, 16–17 and 18 and over. The game is not intended for children under 13.
The game uses a neutral age-selection flow before advertising initialization. In the current release, users aged 13–15 receive child-restricted advertising treatment, users aged 16–17 receive teen-restricted treatment, and users aged 18 and over use the adult consent-controlled flow where applicable. Unknown or unresolved age state is handled conservatively.
For protected users, the game is designed to disable or restrict personalised advertising and remarketing where required and to apply age-appropriate ad-content restrictions.
6. Device permissions and network access
- Vibration: optional haptic feedback when enabled in Settings.
- Internet and network state: used for advertising, consent services, and external support/privacy/terms pages.
- Advertising ID: the Google Mobile Ads SDK may declare and use the Android Advertising ID permission where permitted for advertising and measurement.
The game does not require access to contacts, precise location, microphone, camera or personal photos for core gameplay.
7. How information is used
- To save and restore local gameplay progress and preferences.
- To provide advertising and related consent choices.
- For advertising measurement, analytics and performance reporting associated with the advertising SDK.
- To detect fraud, abuse and invalid advertising activity.
- To answer support requests and diagnose reported problems.
- To protect the game, players and Bharix Labs from abuse or security threats.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
8. Sharing and third-party service providers
Bharix Labs does not sell personal information. Data described in Section 4 may be collected and shared with Google through Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and consent services for advertising or marketing, analytics, and fraud prevention, security and compliance. Other information may be processed by email providers for support, Firebase Hosting for these public legal pages, or authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Third-party services process information under their own terms, privacy policies, retention practices and user controls.
9. Retention, local deletion and third-party controls
- Local game data remains on the device until the player uses the game's reset option, clears app data, or uninstalls the app.
- Support correspondence may be retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain security records and meet legal obligations.
- Advertising and consent data handled by Google is subject to Google's retention practices, legal obligations and user controls.
Tamil Quest Puzzle does not provide user accounts and does not provide a general app-wide data-deletion request feature. Users can remove locally stored gameplay progress through the game's reset controls or Android app-data/uninstall controls. 10. Children and teens
Tamil Quest Puzzle is not directed to children under 13. Bharix Labs does not knowingly request personal information from children under 13 through core gameplay. Teen users and other protected users receive the age-related advertising treatment described above.
A parent or guardian who believes a minor has provided personal information directly to Bharix Labs may contact us for review, subject to applicable legal obligations.
11. Security
Bharix Labs uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information it directly handles. Google states that Google Mobile Ads data is encrypted in transit using TLS. No system can guarantee absolute security.
12. International and regional rights
Depending on your location, applicable law may provide rights relating to personal information or consent choices. Contact Bharix Labs for questions concerning information directly controlled by Bharix Labs. Information controlled by a third-party provider is also subject to that provider's applicable privacy controls and legal obligations.
13. Third-party links
The app and this website may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
14. Changes
We may update this policy when the app, advertising configuration, legal requirements, target audience or data practices change. The effective date at the top will be updated.
