Common questions
Can I play offline?
Core gameplay is designed to work offline. Advertising, consent services and external legal/support links require an internet connection when used.
Why is a rewarded ad unavailable?
Rewarded ads are optional and may not always be available. Availability can depend on your network connection, region, consent or age-related settings, device configuration and whether an eligible ad is currently available. The game should not grant an ad reward unless the rewarded-ad flow successfully completes.
When can interstitial ads appear?
Interstitial ads are intended for eligible post-level transition points rather than during active tile-matching gameplay. Availability and frequency may vary based on eligibility, consent, age treatment and ad fill.
How do I change advertising privacy choices?
Where required, the game provides a privacy-options control so eligible users can review or update advertising consent choices. Availability depends on region and applicable requirements.
How do I remove local gameplay progress?
Open Settings, choose Reset All Progress and complete the confirmation flow. You can also clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. These actions affect local gameplay data and may be permanent.
How are advertising identifiers controlled?
Advertising identifiers and related controls are provided by Android and Google. Depending on the device and applicable settings, users may be able to reset or delete the Android Advertising ID through Android privacy controls. See the Privacy Policy for more information about advertising data.
