Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Tamil Quest Puzzle, provided by Bharix Labs.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Tamil Quest Puzzle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. Licence

Bharix Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, sell, redistribute or commercially exploit the game or its original assets without permission.
• Do not reverse engineer or bypass security controls except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Do not use cheats, automation, modified clients or abuse that harms the game or other players.
• Do not use the game for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes.

4. Intellectual property

Tamil Quest Puzzle, its software, visual design, original artwork, branding, text, music and other original content are owned by Bharix Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

5. Virtual items, rewards and progress

Coins, stars, boosters, rewards, collection items and other virtual items are licensed digital features, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money unless Bharix Labs explicitly states otherwise.

Game balance, rewards and progression rules may be adjusted in future updates for quality, security, fairness, compatibility or compliance. We will avoid unnecessary loss of legitimate progress where practical.

6. Advertising

The current Android release may display Google AdMob advertising. Current formats include optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads at appropriate post-level transition points. Banner ads are not enabled in the current release.

• Rewarded ads are optional. A reward is provided only when the advertising flow reports that the applicable reward conditions were satisfied.
• Interstitial ads are intended for natural transition points and are not intended to interrupt active tile-matching gameplay.
• Ad availability, format and fill are not guaranteed and may vary by region, device, age treatment, consent status and network availability.
• Virtual rewards obtained from ads have no cash value.
• Advertising shown to users who receive age-related protections is subject to applicable platform, consent and legal restrictions.

7. Purchases

If in-app purchases are introduced in a future version, additional pricing, refund, billing and platform terms may apply. Do not make purchases without permission where parental or guardian approval is required.

8. Age and eligibility

Tamil Quest Puzzle is currently targeted on Google Play to users aged 13 and over. Users under 13 are not part of the intended target audience. Users who are minors in their location should use the game with any consent or supervision required by applicable law.

9. Updates and availability

Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed to improve quality, security, compliance or compatibility. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the game, advertising or online services.

10. Third-party services

Google Play, Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, Google's consent services, device manufacturers, hosting providers and other third-party services may apply their own terms and policies.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bharix Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements or serious violations of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms when the game, monetization features or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated.
